The Apartment
The front door to the building opens in to a well maintained hall with wooden flooring. Wooden treaded stairs ascend to the first floor with Number 7 being on the right hand side of the landing. The apartment front door opens in to an entrance hall with the bathroom ahead, the bedroom to the right and the main living area to the left. There are wooden floors throughout the property.
In the entrance hall is a intercom system between the apartment and buildings entrance.
The main living area has an L shaped kitchen area with cream Shaker style kitchen wall and base units, wooden work surfaces, a Belfast sink, an undercounter fridge, free standing cooker and an integrated dishwasher.
