*************************************************************************************************** Here is some feedback from the vendors! We loved living in Nailsea. It was the perfect mix of amenities, shops, the gym, lots of great cafes, fantastic bus and train services and close to the motorway, as well as being a small friendly town with loads of nature and woodlands around. Within 5 minutes of woodland road you can walk to multiple parks, perfect for dogs, kids and just some “green time”, a little longer walk would get you into National Trust woodland, or other really lovely “wild spaces”. Nailsea has endless safe, traffic free walks, with lots of footpaths connecting the whole town, and woodlands and fields bordering the edges. Its location within Nailsea was fantastic for our young but very active and outdoorsy family, but our favourite thing about the house was we were set back from the street, behind electric gates and as the mature garden surrounds the house it was like we almost lived in the woods, with so many birds in the garden and regular visits from the local hedgehog. A calm sanctuary, in a quiet street, surrounded by nature, allowing you to be as private or as involved with the local community as you wish to be. The house is probably best suited for 2 adults (with no kids or one kid) but the plot is large and so plenty of space for an extension. We grew our little family here and loved every minute. ***************************************************************************************************
