The wide bifolds open fully onto a beautifully tiled porcelain patio, creating a flush effortless flow for indoor and outdoor living. The patio is perfect for summer lunches or intimate dinners under the stars. Who do you think would be the next ideal owner? The property is suited for families with children looking for space, privacy and quality education. The presence of tennis clubs and stunning countryside walks across the Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Beauty (AONB) caters to an active lifestyle. The living room (like the kitchen) is without doubt one of our favourite rooms. It includes premium quality aluminium sliding doors that provide beautiful views into the garden and panoramic skies that become a backdrop for peaceful moments. Having grown up in the Newbury area, where I spent much of my life cycling both on and off-road, we were intimately familiar with the area. The lane is remarkably safe, friendly, and serene with places like the Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) offering breathtaking landscapes perfect for walks, cycling, and exploration. Our local school, St Martins, provided an ideal start for children, with its small, dedicated classrooms nestled in beautiful countryside. Being just outside Newbury town allowed us the convenience of nearby shops while still enjoying the tranquillity and beauty of rural surroundings.
