I really enjoy the amount of light in the house - being an end terrace, many of the rooms are dual aspect. I love how close it is to the mainline train station - everything is easy, including parking as I have my own drive. I also love the neighbourhood. Each year we have a street party and many folks have lived here for a long time. We're kind to each other. If I wasn't downsizing as an empty nester I would happily stay for many more years.
